You can’t prevent all the challenges that come with aging, but you can create a plan to help manage your needs and maintain your quality of life.

Our Community Resource Center for Aging at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital (USC-VHH) gives you and your family access to services, resources and support systems that specialize in care for older adults.

We connect you to a network of organizations that offer help with many aspects of aging, including:

  • Caregiver support
  • Community engagement and activities
  • End-of-life care
  • Food delivery services
  • Legal and financial resources
  • Mental health care
  • Technology support and education
  • Transportation services

Our center is available free of charge to our entire community. We are here to help you and your family confidently navigate this next stage of life.

Connecting You to Elder Care Resources and Support

  • Our center offers free access and services to all community members, including patients, family members and caregivers.
  • We offer access to our Doc Talks lectures, an educational series that covers a variety of health-related topics.
