Breastfeeding can be a challenge, so join us for breastfeeding advice and support. The support group is facilitated by Traci Kalaba, IBCLC, who is a lactation educator.

Your birth is experience is unique, but there are common feelings and experiences shared by all new mothers. The New Mother’s Forum is an ongoing, informal discussion group designed to help mothers ease through the adjustments of having a new baby. Nutrition, baby care, and growth and development during infancy are some of the topics

This two-hour class is designed for new or expectant parents, grandparents, babysitters or anyone who deals with infants from birth to one year on a regular basis. The course is designed in conjunction with the guidelines established by the American Heart Association.

Join our Beginnings class to learn what to expect during pregnancy and much more. Participants also get a complimentary tour of our labor and delivery and postpartum area.

The class addresses:

Proper nutrition
Baby’s growth and development in the womb
Common discomforts of pregnancy
Much more.

Are you expecting a new baby brother or sister at your house?
Date: Call to schedule a class. (Held one Saturday each month)
Time: 10 to 11 am

One Saturday morning each month, from 10 to 11 a.m., children ages 3 to 8 gather in a classroom
