    For a family of USC-VHH, the cost is $25.
    For a non–USC-VHH family, the cost is $30.

    This class is 2 hours long.

  • When is this class?

    This class meets, based on room availability, on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Classes are conducted in person. To protect your yourself and others during the COVID-19 pandemic, all attendees are required to wear masks and maintain a 6-foot distance from other people.

  • When is the ideal time to take this class for best results?

    The ideal time to take this class is between your sixth and eighth months of pregnancy.

  • Are there any prerequisites for this class?

    There are no prerequisites.
