FallProof™ is a structured exercise program specifically designed for adults of all fitness levels to:
- Improve balance, mobility and posture
- Reduce the risk of falls
- Improve overall health and well-being
Class schedule: A free comprehensive balance screening is required prior to class registration. Only 8 people per class will be permitted. Class schedule is subject to change.
- Monday | 10-11 a.m. | 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. | 1-2 p.m.
- Tuesday | 9:30-10:30 a.m. | 11 a.m.-noon
- Wednesday | 10-11 a.m.
